View official PDF ↗The board shall award the license to the highest bidder provided that the bidder is approved by the Board. In the event that the Board does not approve the highest bidder, or the highest bid is for any reason not acceptable to the Board, new notices shall be posted and bids received in the same manner as if no notice had been given.
