Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 22 — Business Regulation

Within the limits of the authorized budget and consistent with the Compensation Law of Guam [Title 4, GCA], the Board may employ and discharge such employees as shall from time to time be necessary in carrying out the duties and responsibilities imposed thereunder.
