Same: Terms and Compensation
View official PDF ↗The members and Chairman of the Board shall be appointed for terms of one
(1)year each and shall receive compensation at the rate of Fifty Dollars ($50) for each attendance at the meeting of the Board, provided, however, that no member shall receive more than One Hundred Dollars ($100) per month.
