Invalid Sections

If any of the provisions of this Chapter, or if any rule, regulation or order thereunder, or if the application of such provision to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Chapter and the application of such provision of this Chapter or such rule, regulation or COL1242015 CH. 32 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS AND LAND SURVEYORS order to persons or circumstances, other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
