Deductions and Form of Payments

(a)All deductions taken from an employee's pay by an employer, and all sums payable or paid to the employer from said pay to the employee, shall be shown on the employee's pay statement or check stub, and a copy thereof shall be given to the employee at the time the employee is paid. A copy thereof shall be kept by the employer for three

(b)All payments made to an employee by an employer shall be in the form of cash or check. It is then the employee's responsibility to cash his or her check. No employer of non-immigrant alien employees may deduct from their pay any funds for transmittal off-island for any purpose whatever.
