Board — Qualifications of Members

Each member of the Board shall be a citizen of the United States and a resident of Guam. Board members who are required to be registered pursuant to § 32104 of this Chapter shall have been in responsible control in the lawful practice of engineering, architecture, landscape architecture or land surveying for at least eight

(8)years, and with no record of disciplinary action from any jurisdiction. The public member of the Board shall not be or have been an engineer, architect or land surveyor.
