Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 22 — Business Regulation

The Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria set forth throughout this Chapter shall automatically be amended based on any newly-adopted Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria from the Appraiser Qualification Board

(AQB)of the Appraisal Foundation.
