Penalty

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) if the person convicted is not a natural person, or if the person convicted is a natural person, a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment of not more than six
