Penalty

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 22 — Business Regulation

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Title, or of any regulation issued hereunder, or any lawful order of the Commissioner, for COL10312014 CH. 12 ADMINISTRATION which a penalty is not otherwise specifically provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
