The Department is hereby designated as the agency of Guam responsible for developing and administering a plan in accordance with the provisions of §18(c) of said Act, and in accordance with any rules, regulations, standards, or guidelines relating to such plans promulgated or published by the United States Department of Labor pursuant to said Act. the Department is hereby vested COL 1/26/2024 DIV. 1 LABOR REGULATIONS CH. 1 DEPARTMENT OF LABOR with the authority to enter into an agreement with the United States Department of Labor which provides for interim enforcement of Occupational Safety and health Standards by Guam pursuant to §18(h) of said Act.
