Transfer of Functions

All of the functions, powers, and duties of the existing Department of Labor and Personnel and of the existing Director of Labor and Personnel exercised and performed in the administration of the provisions of Chapter 50, Contracts for Public Works, Title 5 Guam Code Annotated; Chapter 9, Workers’ Compensation Law, Title 22 Guam Code Annotated; Chapter 7, Employment Service Law, Title 22 Guam Code Annotated; and Chapter 3, Fair Labor Standards, Title 22 Guam COL 1/26/2024 DIV. 1 LABOR REGULATIONS CH. 1 DEPARTMENT OF LABOR Code Annotated are hereby transferred to, and shall be exercised and performed through, the Department of Labor as created by this Act.
