(EEO)in Apprenticeship), as amended, shall serve as the basic set of procedures, guidelines, and regulations governing the application COL 1/26/2024 CH. 10 APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS of the Registered Apprenticeship Program in Guam, and are hereby adopted as guidelines and procedures of the Agency (Guam Department of Labor) to the extent not inconsistent with Guam law, subject to later amendment or repeal by the Director.
