Eligibility of Apprentices

An apprentice must be a bona fide resident of Guam for a continuous period of not less than three

(3)years before becoming an apprentice, must be a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien, and must agree to the terms and conditions of the Program and § 10110 of this Article.
