Accessibility Compliance Requirement; Compliance Plan

(a)Government agencies and departments leasing office spaces shall develop and implement an Accessibility Compliance Plan to address identified barriers and achieve compliance with ADA accessibility standards.

(b)The Accessibility Compliance Plan shall include a timeline for completing necessary modifications and shall be submitted to the Guam Department of Integrated Services for Individuals with Disabilities for review and approval. COL 20240430 CH. 81 GOVERNMENT OF GUAM ADA COMPLIANCE ACT OF 2023

(c)Government agencies and departments shall allocate necessary funds in their budgets to implement the Accessibility Compliance Plan.
