Accessibility Compliance Requirement

(a)All government leased offices on Guam, whether leased by federal, territorial, or local government agencies, shall comply with the accessibility standards outlined in the ADA, the ADAAG, and the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.

(b)Government agencies and departments leasing office spaces are responsible for ensuring that the leased offices meet or exceed ADA accessibility standards.

(c)Agencies and departments shall conduct accessibility assessments and make necessary modifications to leased office spaces to ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards.
