Definitions

For the purposes of this Chapter:

(a)Authority means the Restoration and Redevelopment Authority created by this Act.

(b)Hagåtña means the Municipality of Hagåtña as defined in § 403 of Title 1 of the Guam Code Annotated.

(c)Restoration and Redevelopment means the planning, development, replanning, redesign, clearance, reconstruction, or rehabilitation, or any combination of these, of all Hagåtña, and the provision of such residential, commercial, industrial, public, or other structures or spaces as may be appropriate or necessary in the interest of the general welfare, including recreational and other facilities incidental or appurtenant to them.
