Guam Ecology Corps: Creation

There is hereby created within the territory of Guam, a Guam Ecology Corps which shall be governed by a Guam Ecology Council consisting of five

(5)members who shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Legislature. A Chairman shall be selected by a majority of the membership of the Council. Members shall represent the community at large and the Director of the Department of Land Management shall be an ex-officio non-voting member of the Council and shall serve as its secretary.
