Definitions

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 21 — Real Property

As used in this Chapter:

(a)Department means the Department of Parks and Recreation.

(b)Director means the Director of Parks and Recreation. COL1/11/2022 CH. 77 PARKS & RECREATION

(c)Park System means the Guam Territorial Park System as described in § 26007 of this Code.
