Volunteer: Authority
View official PDF ↗Whenever the members of the Volunteer Lifeguard Corps program are rendering assistance to the Department, such volunteers shall have the same powers, duties, privileges and immunities, as if they were paid, full-time members of the Department, except that they shall earn recruitment credit for services performed as volunteers.
