Community Parks and Recreation Facilities:

Control. The control, management, development and general minor maintenance of areas classified as community parks and community recreation facilities shall be vested in the Commissioner of the municipality or village in which such area is located, in accordance with the provisions of 5 GCA Government Operations, § 40113. The Parks Division and the Department of Public Works are responsible for all necessary repairs, maintenance, renovations and capital improvements in these areas other than those general minor repair and maintenance functions for which the Commissioners are responsible. The Parks Division and the COL1/11/2022 CH. 77 PARKS & RECREATION Department of Public Works shall consult with Commissioners on work done in their village.
