Limitation to Purposes of Trust
View official PDF ↗Expenditures by the Trust shall be limited to purposes of the Trust and may not be used for any operation of the Department of Parks and Recreation or any other agency, department, bureau, division, office, instrumentality or branch of the government of Guam.
