Historic Preservation Review Board

(a)Tenure. The members of the Board shall serve for four

(4)years; provided, that of the members first appointed, two

(2)shall serve for four

(4)years, one

(1)shall serve for three

(3)years, one

(1)shall serve for two

(2)years, and one

(1)shall serve for one

(1)year. Replacement terms shall expire at the end of the four

(4)years.

(b)Compensation. Members shall be compensated Fifty Dollars ($50) for each Board meeting they attend, not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100) per month. Members traveling on official business shall receive per diem at the established government of Guam rates.

(c)Quorum. Four

(4)members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of official business.
