Other Officers Not to Control Chamorro Homelands; Exception
View official PDF ↗The powers and duties of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi and the department with respect to lands of Guam shall not extend to lands having the status of Chamorro homelands except as specifically provided for in this Chapter.
