Electrical Inspections
View official PDF ↗Electrical inspections for the purpose of ensuring safety and code compliance, including the inspection of weatherheads, shall be performed by a qualified inspector employed or designated by the Department of Public Works or by a licensed electrician holding a current and valid license issued by the Guam Contractors License Board under applicable provisions of law, rules and regulations. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to prevent a master electrician from continuing to perform such inspections, but such inspections shall not be exclusively reserved to master electricians. All electricians performing inspections must certify compliance with applicable building codes and utility safety requirements.
