Appeal to Superior Court
View official PDF ↗An applicant who has been refused a license and every licensee whose license has been suspended, revoked or not renewed may appeal the Contractors License Board's decision to the Superior Court in the manner provided in the Administrative Adjudication Law. CH. 70 CONTRACTORS
