Final Protest

Any interested person may object to the proposed public facility, the extent of the proposed district or the proposed assessment against his land COL120106 CH. 69 IMPROVEMENT D ISTRICT L AW by filing a written protest with the Executive Secretary before the time set for the hearing or voice a protest during the hearing. The Executive Secretary shall endorse on each protest the date of its receipt and at the time appointed for the hearing shall present to the Commission all protests filed with him.
