Preliminary Consent

If, within the time prescribed by the notice, the owners of sixty percent (60%) of the land and sixty percent (60%) of the landowners within the proposed district give their approval in writing to the proposed district, the Commission will establish the district. If such approval is not given, the Commission shall not establish the district; provided, however, that if such COL120106 CH. 69 IMPROVEMENT D ISTRICT L AW approval is subsequently given, the Commission shall reconsider the petition.
