Report to Commission and Initial Notice to Landowners

After review of the petition, the Director will submit a report, with his recommendations, to the Commission. If the Commission approves the project, it will notify by mail the owners of all lands within the proposed district. The notice will contain a description of the proposed public facility, the estimated cost of each landowner and a statement of the time, not to exceed thirty

(30)days, within which written consent of landowners may be filed with the Commission. If the Commission does not approve the project, the Director shall notify the petitioners of the disapproval.
