Purpose
View official PDF ↗The purpose of this Chapter is to provide a method of cooperation among landowners in obtaining construction or reconstruction of public facilities as defined herein within any municipality or village of Guam and any area within any municipality or village by creation of improvement districts and to provide a method of financing such construction, reconstruction, maintenance and operation.
