Task Force Majority and Quorum

A majority of the Task Force members shall constitute a quorum. A majority of the members present may undertake any decision necessary for its purposes. It shall be the duty of each member of attend each meeting of this Task Force. Failure to attend more than three

(3)meetings shall be brought to the attention of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi.
