Time Limitations, § 68403
View official PDF ↗The land exchanges authorized by § 68403 of this Article shall be accomplished by June 1, 1986. The purchase of homes located on private land described in § 68403 authorized by § 68404 of this Article shall be accomplished by June 1, 1986. The property of Jose and Victoria Perez is also included within the deadlines set out in this Section.
