Facilitation of Land Exchange

(a)The Director of Land Management shall facilitate for I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan the return of those properties identified in § 681403 of this Chapter. The return of these properties shall be accomplished within thirty

(30)days or sooner, from the date of enactment.

(b)The Director of Land Management is hereby authorized to expend such sums as are necessary to effectuate the return of properties mentioned herein.
