Penalties
View official PDF ↗Any owner or lessee who violates or fails to comply with any notice or order made under or by virtue of this Article, or who defaces, destroys or removes, without the authority of the Department, any notice or order issued under this Article, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding thirty
(30)days, or both.
