Same: Examination

The building official shall examine or cause to be examined every unsafe or damaged building or structure. He shall make or cause to be made, a written record of such examination, which shall set forth a factual description of the premises and specifically enumerate the particular conditions which are COL9/7/2021 CH. 66 BUILDING LAW alleged to be violations of the provisions of this Chapter or otherwise render such buildings unsafe.
