The building official shall retain one set of approved and endorsed plans and specifications with their attached data and return the other set to the applicant. The applicant’s set shall be COL9/7/2021 CH. 66 BUILDING LAW kept at the work site at all times during which the authorized work is in progress, and shall be open to inspection at all reason able times to the building official or his authorized representative.
