Cooperation

Officials of other departments in the government of Guam exercising any degree of control over construction, use or occupancy of buildings or structures, appurtenances connected or attached thereto or equipment thereof, under other applicable COL9/7/2021 CH. 66 BUILDING LAW laws of Guam shall cooperate and assist in the enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter. Any territorial employee empowered to make inspections of such structures shall promptly report to the head of his department any violations of the provision of this Chapter. Such department head shall promptly communicate the violation to the Director of Public Works.
