Additional Requirements Not Covered

Any requirement essential for structural, fire or sanitary safety of an existing or proposed building or structure, or essential for the safety of the occupants thereof and which is not COL9/7/2021 CH. 66 BUILDING LAW specifically covered by this Chapter shall be determined by the Director of Public Works.
