Penalties
View official PDF ↗(a)Any person who violates any provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to a civil fine not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).
(b)In addition to any other penalties, any person who performs any development in violation of this Chapter shall be subject to a civil fine not COL070307 CH. 63 TERRITORIAL S EASHORE PROTECTION ACT OF 1974 to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per day for each day in which such violation persists.
