Survey Required for Parcelling Map

The lot parcelling map shall be prepared by a surveyor and shall show all survey and mathematical data necessary to locate and retrace all lines thereon, including bearings and distances of straight lines and radii, arc and tangent lengths for all curves. Any area reserved for utility easements, access easements, and future street areas, and other public improvements, shall be clearly delimited and designated. The survey map shall be endorsed as to COL 8/23/2023 CH. 62 SUBDIVISION LAW its accuracy and for its conformity to standard surveying practice by the Territorial Surveyor.
