Application to Establish Subdivision

A subdivider desiring to subdivide or develop land pursuant to this Chapter shall make a written application therefor on a form prescribed by the Commission. The application shall be filed with the Guam Planner and shall be accompanied by tentative subdivision plans prepared in accordance with § 62401 of this Chapter.
