Subdivision Application, Verification of
View official PDF ↗COL 8/23/2023 CH. 62 SUBDIVISION LAW Any subdivision application provided for by this Chapter shall not be accepted or approved by the Commissioner unless it shall be certified under penalty of perjury or verified before a notary public or other officer qualified to administer oaths. Such certification or verification shall extend to the documents and supplemental materials as well as to the statements contained in the application itself.
