Filing Fees

(a)Applications for services. Before accepting any application for the following, the Commission shall charge and collect the following filing fees for the first five

(a)shall be deposited in the Department of Land Management Land Survey Revolving Fund (LSRF).

(b)Fees. The following fee schedule is established for advertisement of public hearings, GLUC hearings and hearings on HPR Final and Preliminary Public Reports.

(1)Public Hearing (Ad size 2” x 2” = 4” (x): the current rate charged by a newspaper of general circulation.

(2)GLUC Hearing (Ad size 2” x 2” = 4” (x): the current rate charged by a newspaper of general circulation.

(3)HPR Final and Preliminary Public Report Hearing (Ad size 2” x 2” = 4” (x): the current rate charged by a newspaper of general circulation. The Commission shall collect the fees established by this Section from the applicant and remit the same to the newspaper in question after publication.
