Subarticle Not Applicable

This Subarticle shall not apply to homes hosting a student for a student exchange program, in which the host family has received compensation for housing and feeding the exchange student; provided, that the exchange program is being hosted by a school within Guam that has been accredited by a United States recognized accreditation commission, and the head of household or host family agrees in writing to accept responsibility for any and all harm and damages resulting from interactions between the exchange student.
