Extension of the 1993 Guam Geodetic Network
View official PDF ↗(a)Subdivisions of land in Proclaimed Survey Areas carried out pursuant to Chapter 62, Title 21, Guam Code Annotated (Subdivision Law) shall comply with these requirements.
(b)The Guam Planner shall forward a copy of all tentative plans of subdivisions to the Guam Surveyor.
(c)The Guam Chief Surveyor or other officers of the Department of Land Management, shall at its discretion, install new Guam Geodetic Network Monuments within properties that are to be subdivided. The Department of Land Management is authorized to charge a Map Processing fee for the processing of survey maps. The fees collected shall be deposited separate and apart from the General Fund. The fees collected shall be used to finance the installation of any future Geodetic Network Monuments. The Director of Land Management through the Administrative Adjudication Act
(AAA)shall promulgate an updated fee schedule to include the Map Processing Fee.
