Conveyance of Life Estate: Prohibition
View official PDF ↗Notwithstanding any other provision of law, governmentowned real property shall not be conveyed directly or indirectly in the form of a life estate. The transfer of any future life estate of government-owned real property shall be deemed void and such interest of the transaction shall automatically revert to the government of Guam.
