Enforcement

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 21 — Real Property

The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) shall enforce the provisions of this Article. GHURA shall submit a budget request to I Liheslaturan Guåhan, annually, for cost related to the enforcement of this Article. GHURA shall create Rules and Regulations consistent with Chapter 9, 5 GCA. ----------
