Automatic Expiration of Public Reports

A public report shall expire thirteen

(13)months after the date of issuance, unless a supplementary report has been issued or the Commission, COL070307 CH. 45 HORIZONTAL PROPERTY ACT upon review of the registration, issues an order extending the effective period of the report.
