Status of Apartments
View official PDF ↗Each apartment, together with the common interest appertaining thereto, shall for all purposes constitute real property and may be individually conveyed, leased, or encumbered and be the subject of ownership, possession, or sale and of all types of juridic acts inter vivos or mortis causa, as if it were sole and entirely independent of the other apartment or apartments in the property of which it forms a part, and the corresponding individual titles and interests shall be recordable.
