Duties of Appraisers
View official PDF ↗COL120106 CH. 43 HOMESTEADS They must view the premises and appraise the value thereof, and if the appraised value, less the aggregate of all liens and encumbrances thereon, exceeds the homestead exemption, they must determine whether the land claimed can be divided without material injury.
