Deputies: Appointment, Number, Duties, and

Compensation. Deputies may be appointed by the Director of Land Management. Deputies shall be in such number as may be necessary to carry out the work program involved at any particular time. Compensation shall be the subject of a separate agreement between the government of Guam and the individual deputy COL10/29/2021 CH. 29 LAND TITLE REGISTRATION employed, and shall be based on the currently prevailing wage scales for the particular type of work done by an individual deputy.
